- Order Processing Time: Since each of our marble products is meticulously crafted upon order, please allow a production time of 4-6 weeks, unless directly available in stock, in which case the time of delivery will be specified at checkout. This ensures that your item meets our rigorous quality standards.
- Shipping Methods: Due to the weight and dimensions of many of our products, we use specialized freight carriers for safe and secure transportation. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the dimensions of your order.
- Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of shipment, taking into account the destination and carrier's schedule. We will notify you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Returns:
- Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Customized and made-to-order products, however, are not eligible for returns.
